LED Color Guide
RED = LOCKED
The charger is locked. Touch a registered fingerprint to unlock.
GREEN = RECOGNISED/CHARGING
Fingerprint accepted. Charlie is unlocked and charging.
CYAN = PAIRING MODE
Ready to register new fingerprints or perform a reset.
Common Issues & Fixes
LED stays RED
Charger is still locked. Apply a registered fingerprint to unlock.
LED doesn’t turn GREEN
Finger not recognized? try re-registering or cleaning the sensor.
Charger not charging
Make sure it’s unlocked and properly inserted into the socket.
Helpful Tips for Best Use
Fingerprint and User Setup
1 User = Apply the same fingerprint 5 times.
You can register up to 10 users: same finger, multiple fingers, other people or combination of all.
Only add users you trust.
USB Port Care
Charlie relies on a solid USB connection to your device. Always ensure the USB port is clean and firmly connected.
If charging doesn’t start, check the port for dust, looseness, or wear.
Faulty ports can prevent proper locking or charging behavior.
